We offer complimentary shipping for domestic orders and for orders within Europe. Usually it takes 1 to 2 days for the items to be delivered within Switzerland and 5 to 10 days within Europe.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return, please email email@example.com with your order number and reason for return. Additionally, please make sure you meet the following requirements:
- The return must be generated within 14 days of receipt of the delivery day.
- The item must be in its original condition. This means we can only accept your return if the item was not worn or altered.Note that underwear must always be worn while trying on the garments.
- All tags must still be attached to the item.
The risk and cost of a return are the responsibility of the customer. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable. All domestic and international return fees are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend that you send your returns back by registered mail. Please provide tracking information once shipped.
We carefully check all items before packaging and shipping and make sure that they are in perfect condition. CIMI reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not follow our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
To request an exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for exchange. The exchange must be generated within 14 days of its delivery date and shipped within 14 days of initial request. Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery costs for the exchanged item are free for domestic orders and orders within Europe. All other countries are subject to delivery fees.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will proceed to send you an email to confirm receipt of item in addition to the status of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed and a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at check out. Depending on the issuer of your credit card, it will take about 5-10 days for the credit to be credited to your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items denoted as 'Final Sale' checkout are not eligible for return or exchange. No refunds will be made on sale merchandise.
